SALES POLICIES
PRICES
1. All prices are in Mexican pesos and include VAT. They are subject to change without prior notice due to external factors: monetary devaluations, drastic alterations in the exchange rate, among others.
2. They include shipping and packaging within Mexico City and the metropolitan area, sales outside this territory will be quoted separately.
3. Delivery times will be determined from the receipt of payment confirmation and may vary due to causes beyond the company‘s control. In case of a fortuitous event, the company will inform the customer if there is a change in the expected delivery date.
4. All prices include only what is considered in their description.
5. Products made with natural materials may present variations in color or texture.
6. In case of a force majeure event that causes the products to not be delivered to the Customer in a timely manner, Core Home will notify the Customer and a refund will be made according to the time it takes the insurance to cover the damage.
7. The Customer will receive and sign for the delivery, from that moment, the Customer has three business days to make a claim, in case the claim is accepted, Core Home will determine the amount to be refunded. Once the three-day period has elapsed, no further claims will be accepted.
INVOICING
1. The Customer may request the invoice for their purchase at the email conta@corehome.mx attaching their Fiscal Situation Certificate.
2. Invoicing will be done exclusively within the month in which the payment was made, within a period of 10 days from the payment date.
STORAGE
If the Customer requests in-store pickup and does not collect their merchandise within 5 days after purchase, a storage fee will be generated.
REFUNDS
In case Core Home determines that a refund is due, and the respective payment has been made, Core Home will not refund any commission generated by the payment and the Customer must agree that such commissions will be deducted from the corresponding refund amount.
